Valencia CF's methodology, curriculum and academy coaches — brought to your city, across Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Slovenia, Montenegro, Serbia and North Macedonia.

Every year, a selected squad plays in Valencia. Some of them train inside the Academy.

The programme

Elite coaching, where your child already plays.

Until now, being coached to a world-class methodology was something only a handful of players in this region ever got near — the ones who happened to be at the right club, in the right city, in front of the right coach. For everyone else it was simply out of reach.

Valencia CF Adria brings that methodology to the region itself. Valencia's academy is one of the most respected in world football — a club that has put more of its own graduates into elite football than almost any academy of its size — and the exact curriculum it runs at its own training centre now runs here, in all six territories, for every age group and every generation.

Every session is led by coaches from the Valencia CF Academy, working alongside your club's own coaches so the standard stays when they go home. Selections run regularly for each age category, and the strongest players of every generation are brought together for training gatherings across the region.

The best methodology in football is no longer reserved for a few. It is now available to every player who trains with us — and for those who go further, the path is real.

Where we train

Fourteen cities. Six nations. One methodology.

Zagreb, Belgrade, Sarajevo and Skopje anchor the programme. Split, Ljubljana, Novi Sad, Banja Luka, Podgorica, Niš, Maribor, Tuzla, Osijek and Subotica carry regular coaching blocks and open selection days. Beyond them we hold selection days in another twenty-three towns and cities — because the player who changes this project will not necessarily be born in a capital.

The Pathway

Valencia World Cup, and the Academy at Paterna

The pathway

It runs in two places. Your region, and Valencia.

Everything on the left happens where your child already lives. Everything on the right happens in Spain, and is earned.

In your region

Open to every player at a partner club.

01All ages

Camps across the region

High-quality camps in all six territories, running the exact methodology Valencia CF uses at its own training centre — for every age group and every generation, not a selected few.

02

Regular selections

Open selection days held regularly for each age category. Free to attend, one standard assessment, the same for everyone.

03

Training gatherings

Periodic training camps and development sessions at selected locations across the region, bringing the strongest players of each age group together.

04

Coach education

Your own club's coaches certified in the Valencia methodology alongside ours, so the standard stays in your city between visits — and invited to Valencia's annual coach conference.

In Valencia

Earned on the pitch, over months. Never bought.

05Every year

Valencia World Cup

Every year a squad is selected from across the six nations to play in Valencia CF's own international youth tournament, against academy teams from around the world.

06By selection

Train at the Academy

Exclusive training experiences inside the Valencia CF Academy in Spain — sessions led by Valencia coaches who follow each player closely and support their development throughout.

07Study & play

Show Weeks

For players who want to study in Valencia and play at a high level: a dedicated week to demonstrate what they can do, directly in front of Valencia Academy staff. Educamos personas, formamos futbolistas.

08

The elite path

The most talented players may be considered for Valencia's own elite programmes. Rare, never promised — but real, and the reason the rest of this exists.

Educamos personas

Valencia CF Academy

Formamos futbolistas

We educate people. We develop footballers.

Valencia CF Academy's own words — and the reason Show Weeks exist. A player who wants to study in Valencia and play at a high level is not asking for something outside the academy's purpose. It is the purpose.

For coaches

This is a programme for you too.

Working with us does not only mean hosting sessions. Your coaches are certified in the Valencia methodology alongside ours, and every year Valencia CF holds its coach conference in Valencia — days of sessions, analysis and discussion with the people who run one of Europe's most respected academies.

Certification

Valencia CF Academy — Sentiment, Courage, Fellowship

What the Academy stands for

Three words on the badge. They decide who we take.

Valencia's academy states its values on its own seal. They are not decoration — they are the criteria our coaches assess against, alongside everything technical.

Sentiment
Feeling for the badge and for the people around you. A player who only turns up for themselves does not last here.
Courage
Asking for the ball when the game is difficult. Trying the pass that might not come off. Playing the same way a goal down.
Fellowship
The team before the individual. Every player we send to Valencia carries their club and their city with them.

The journey

It begins on your pitch. It can end inside the Academy.

It starts here.

On your pitch, at your club, with the coach who already knows your child. Nobody has to leave home to train properly.

02 / 05

Valencia comes to you.

Coaches from the Valencia CF Academy, delivering the same curriculum they use in Paterna, in your city. Several times a year — and your own club's coaches are trained alongside them.

And your child gets better.

That is the whole point. A sharper first touch, quicker decisions, better habits under pressure. Every player who trains with us goes back to their club a better footballer — whatever happens next.

04 / 05

Every year, a team goes to Valencia.

A squad is selected from across the six nations to play in Valencia CF's own international youth tournament — against academy teams from around the world, in the city the badge comes from.

And some of them train inside the Academy.

The same pitches. The same coaches. The same standards as the players Valencia develops for its own first team. One to four weeks living the daily rhythm of an elite academy — and a formal Valencia development report to bring home.

Selected on merit. Always.

There are three ways to reach Valencia: the squad selected each year for Valencia World Cup, the groups invited to train inside the Academy under the club's own coaches, and Show Weeks — for players who want to study in Valencia, play at a high level, and show what they can do in front of Academy staff. All three are earned on the pitch, over months, from the same assessment every player in the programme receives. Most players will spend their whole time with us training in their own city, and that is exactly as it should be: the coaching is the point, not the prize.

Calendar

What happens, and when.

  1. Autumn 2026

    Getting ready

The first coaches are certified in the Valencia methodology, and the first partner clubs across the six nations are confirmed.

  2. Spring 2027

    Doors open

Open selection days in eight cities — free to attend, open to any player. The first coaching blocks begin in Zagreb, Belgrade, Sarajevo and Skopje.

  3. Valencia CF

    Summer 2027

    Valencia

The first Adria squad travels to Valencia for the club's international youth tournament. The first selected players train inside the Academy at Paterna.

  4. Autumn 2027

    Growing

Coaching blocks extend to fourteen cities. Regional squads named at U13 and U15. Selection days across the wider network, and in 12 cities of Balkan diaspora across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

  5. 2028

    Every year, from here

A full calendar across the region, a squad to Valencia every summer, and Academy places for the players who earn them.

Families abroad

If you left, your children can still come home to this.

Balkan families across Germany, Austria and Switzerland are into their second and third generation — children born there, playing in strong local clubs, following the game as closely as anyone back home.

We hold selection days right across the region. A player selected in any of these cities goes forward for a regional squad, for Valencia World Cup and for the Academy on exactly the same terms as a player in Skopje or Split.

Same programme. Same standard. Same chance.

This is not a badge on a training top. The curriculum, the session library, the assessment framework and the coaching standards are Valencia's — the same development model that puts academy players into Valencia's first team.

Coaches travel from the Valencia CF Academy to deliver in the region, and local coaches are certified alongside them so the standard stays between visits. Quality is audited by Valencia annually, and Valencia holds approval rights over everything that carries its name.

The methodology does not stay in Spain. That is the entire point of the programme.
